Refund policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Roots & Rations, we deal in consumable food products such as ghee and honey. Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will assist in the following cases:

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please share:
- Order ID
- Clear images or video of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable food items
- Items without original packaging

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
